If it only doesn't work in game, run in administrator mode. Make sure settings are being saved for hotkeys and ptt, if you use it. Other than that, make sure your keys aren't contested and try testing with common keys, not custom or programmable keys, like on a mouse

Pretty sure it happens to almost all servers, not just Olympus. But I do agree it'd be nice to change the order of the scroll menu.
