  3. I don't disagree, it fit pretty well with the surroundings there, but hopefully this one is located better for gameplay opposed to just aesthetics. People have never really liked fighting there because of all the trees from my experience.

  8. H-h-h-hey man... haha.. that was quite rude h-how you uh, called us retards haha.. did you mean to do that? ha... I just get told what to change and submit concepts, usually which get run by CC, in this case I didn't design moonshine brewery only made some changes, main complaint I've heard about that is the knockable walls which should probably be fixed at some point. For cocaine processor I was told it had to be shorter in distance between field -> pro -> dealer, and more defendable, the only issues CC had with it was the distance still wasn't quite right but that's more difficult than you'd think because there's already a cluster of runs to the NW of Neo, but we're trying to work something out with the locations. Only other complaints I heard regarding coke pro were that it was a little small, which the new location if it goes ahead can allow for much more space for helicopters (including mohawks for the mohawk enthusiasts), and that it is wallbangable, which so was the previous one. I've been sharing stuff with CC to get feedback on what they would like and what needs changed, nothing has been done just "because we felt like it". If you have any problems with anything, complain to CC, but it's impossible to please everyone lol. And also, something more constructive than "retarded map design team literally ruining processors that don't need to change" would probably be quite useful, but hey, don't have a breakdown or anything over it man! x

  11. And still losing... If the knockable walls helps the APD at all, why do you think SAPD will still pull so much Armor? You don't see SAPD pulling hunters for Feds or BWs being done by 2/3 people, if it is obvious the APD actually has a chance at winning, not as much Armor will be pulled. It's a problem that the APD can take a part of the Blackwater with "almost ease" but not that the Civilians can win the entire Blackwater with ease?
  12. There's no way you think it is currently balanced in terms of the Blackwater win rate, just because a change is being made to make the Blackwater more balanced doesn't mean the "APD wins again".

I understand the money reduction as cops are making way too much money, but for something as small as the T3 vests which only change the amount of shots you can take by 1 bullet by 1 for 6.5 and below isn't going to dramatically change situations. But perhaps Sergeants could be given T3 vests considering T4 is only +1 shot from T3 from some guns (haven't tested a lot for T4) and we could see how that changes situations also? Doesn't really make sense having 0 tier gap between PO and CPL but 2 tier gap eith CPL and SGT, and not really as if Staff SGTs play all that often so I don't really think it makes a difference them keeping T3.
  14. Honestly biggest problem with it is how dumb it's going to look with the uniform. It doesn't have much differences besides the looks, most guns I tried below regular mx only took +1 shot at 100m. Most times you encounter a civ they're most likely going to have an MK 1 unless they are in Kavala, MK 1 takes 2 shots for both vests. Not really heard anyone complain that Corporals are difficult to kill due to their vests or anything like that either tbh.
