Go to the top of your screen, click 'Connections', then click 'connect'. For the server ip, put 'ts.olympus-entertainment.com', and for nickname put whatever name you want to have in the TS (teamspeak). As you scroll down you will see a bunch of different channels. Some of the channels you can not join. If you want to take an APD/R&R interview, find the APD whitelist channel or R&R whitelist channel and stay there with your ticket number in your name (change this by double-clicking your name).

It really isn't. Just wait in the ban center with your ban appeal ticket number and the person that banned you in your name. Sit there until they pull you in (It may take a while).
