"Keep doing what your doing" This is the statement pisses off hungry PO's hugely. I've known guys who have been told that when they were at 550hrs, up until now over 900.......... this happens to multiple people. A PO literally said it was like sAPD were just dangling it infront of him, he actually used the expression along the lines of being like a minecraft pig and the sAPD having a carrot on a stick lmfao. As silly as that is i understand the guy. PO is dead, they get lead on by sAPD and whenever people with MUCH less hours or conplete retards get corp over them, it completely demoralises them.

PO's shouldn't have their rank effected as the players are bad on oly. Maybe improve junior APD, groups will start to realise they need more than just numbers, they'll play smarter and hopefully federal events will become more active and more fun, if they buff a few things along side it. As i always say-buff the runs speed. Groups will start to do more feds. They'll get better at them, more cops will log on. Olympus is more active.

Players from olympus are leaving, they leave and go play servers like anzus, they play cop on anzus, as you have almost the same gear as your most senior. Not saying deputies should get mk-1s. But i do think our server, which is losing cops e.g christopher walken to go and play anzus, should take a note of the things they do, and try improve what we have rn

Winters was asking myself and a couple other PO's a few weeks back. Couldn't really think of anything and still idk what could be a reasonable suggestion to give them a substantial buff, while keeping them balanced. Just something that can make them useful in events, rather than just baiting for the lethal cops for a 35min blackwater. I'll try think of a few suggestions after my lasagne

Yh idk i dont think it should be that big of an issue. At the end of the day it's only a PO and so long as it's nothing extremely Overpowered then i'd love it to be done. A money buff would increase the amount of PO's, not their effectiveness at events. Tbh i think a bit of both is needed- an increase on the PO's effectiveness and on their pay.

Would LOVE something to be done with PO honestly. Encourage more cops on, rn alot of us r tryna do majors and often it's hard to get enough cops on to get one started. Would enjoy more active PO's

Can't make any money on cop. I got 160hrs and made 15mil. For a person like me who has has lots of disciplinary action- im never getting corp. Ever. And PO is boring as shit- you're utterly useless watching some braindead retards with mk1 and t4 vest fuck uo terribly. Playing lower rank cop is zzz. Can hardly impact any situations and 0 money to be made-no fun

Love this btw- sAPD and the MAR-10 not sAPD and something like the ghosthawk lmfao. Mar-10 is dead on it can get tricky when being pushed by like 3-4 of them but that happens once in a blue moon. It's fine lmao.
