Gambling winning and losses are extremely misleading. A huge chunk of the 'winnings' immediately going into the losses. Nobody is breaking nearly as even as it's suggested.

If you can't figure out how to escape a titan in under 5 seconds in a plane you're just bad. Just gotta get behind a mountain or a tree its not hard. And if they titan you on your dive, you were 'turning around to land fail titan 1million comp or ban.' You have no fucking clue what you're doing or what you're talking about.

In order to draw this conclusion, you had to have just completely ignored everything I said. This was done to me, many times, report was declined, staff helped me make this message and assured me its 5 seconds. I fought on the forums, and with cc TO GET THE RULES CHANGED TO WHAT YOU SAID JUST THERE, and it was rejected. Bottom line is, this is a matter of staff not paying attention.

It's about the stats. I'm first place titan hits and I got a copycat wannabe nipping at my heels. When I first got 1st place in titan hits I spent hours working with staff to make sure I understood everything about every rule and every application... and I got to first without a single fail titan ban. Now its years later, and old staff become staff again no idea they changes that have been made in application and ban me off some ancient ruling nobody has applied for half a decade.

Basically you're titaning something as expensive as a van with staff trying every excuse they can to ban you for it, or you're titaning something you're never going to hit. Should just stop with all the plane tears.
