  2. use fast terrain and set it as low as you can configure. tbh this is personally the best option, but turning your overall down in your video settings also helps. 

    I noticed when using window borderless if you haven't already also gives you less lag. might just be a placebo

    and finally, turning down ur other settings like HDR and VSYNC also helps a tad.. make sure ur drivers are up-to-date

    if anything it depends how shit u want ur game to look like in sake of frames. if you don't mind playing Minecraft for 100 FPS then by all means. 

    I know there are a couple YT videos on how to optimize certain settings but also make sure your monitor is running the proper settings too. I have had a 144hz monitor for months and my pc settings were only set to 60hz by default lol

    i wouldnt use c4 bottled pre, ive heard they have high levels of lead in which explains a lot really, i mix my own when im between gorilla mode deliveries and it works out to like 10p per serving, derek from mpmd actually has a great breakdown of c4 in one of his videos

    idk if im having a reading comprehension moment but is he taking the amino acid pills to help him break down proteins? is he just taking straight protease? how much protein is he eating a day that he needs to take this? does he fucking stink?

    I am not limited on gym time but I don't get a lot of time between work and sleep so i use the off days for the gym. 

    Cardio is pretty much after everyday after a workout - note its not a whole like marathon but its a simple 20-30 minutes of running or treadmill to maintain a healthy body weight. 

    same for sit-ups and pushups those are usually found within the day maybe after a session of gaming lol. just set aside like 30 minutes a day and bust out maybe 100 of each something light.

    leg day (reps vary depending on if its heavy weight or not) - squat, legpress, leg extensions, calf raises (sitting/standing), fuck hack squat machine gay asf shit sucks, hip abductors

    and some running after. might be a machine or workout i missed but i think thats all rn.

    if i don't drink the bottled c4 I'm running the total war pre workout drinks those are alright i like the apple and orange those are the only ones i fw.

    Derek from more plates more dates is cool too, I watch these guys their not bad to give a listen too.

    as for the amino acids i can link them, he eats a fuck ton. Id have to ask his daily calorie intake but i know he is eating 4-5 meals a day and yeah stinky as fuck bro smells like a Romanian whore house.

    For reference, I've currently just finished my 4th cycle and I've noticed that my results are starting to plateau. My last cycle of 8 weeks consisted of:

    • 150mg of Test Propionate (Every other day)
    • 100mg of Tren Ace (Every other day)
    • 50mg of Winstrol (Daily) 

    It was the first time I've introduced Winstrol into the cycle after previous lackluster results but again I didn't get what I was expecting.

    I work alot so usually on my days off I try my best to do :

    1st day - legs 

    2nd day - back and bicep - I love preacher curls and hammer curls i think they added so much width and definition into my biceps would 10/10 recommend

    3rd day - chest and triceps

    4th day - shoulders 

    doesn't have to go in the same order usually switch it up every other week, make sure you do some type of cardio between the 4. usually if you run for like half a hour or do a bike machine for maybe 20 minutes on some level of difficulty it will help a lot if your on gear to not get man boobs. and being on gear your eating quite alot so make sure your burning the fat off too. 

    I would make sure you do sit-ups and planks and some pushups everyday as well. working hard on your core is really important for seeing a physical difference not just the weight u can sling around.

     

    I do the c4 bottled preworkout on legs and chest days that's abt it, I don't use protein powder or any supplements. however i have a friend who is currently on gear and he is taking the amino acid pills they help him digest food and breakdown the proteins. so to each your own.

  5. clearly this community is prioritizing the this ban wave, but let us not forget the most pressing issue, @ David Miller is the only staff member to refuse the idea to move the evidence locker back to the prison where it belongs. please educate this (volunteer) (unpaid) (using his time) staff member of this online arma 3 olympus community.. where our oly+ subs are defo not going into his increasing midget porn addiction.  

    also in regards to the ban wave, we really should focus on dip to oly before bans. ty

    I agree that this should be buffed significantly however I completely disagree with the idea to only allow one license. the math I agree is in the end not worth buying for those who do runs. I feel like fixing the numbers and adding more bang for your buck is definitely the way to go on this one.  30% speed increase is enough to notice and 10% bonus is what it should be for the millions you spend.
