The majority of the community has been here a very long time, tilde guidelines were implemented when Ace took the reigns of chief right after Ares (or was it Travis? Been so long), which proves how far back our roots go. When Ace became Captain, he witnessed alot of officers pre-wipe go after high bounties straight for the money and the rp was suffering ever so much so. Which was why it was created. Dili took the reigns from Grandma gary, and through his observation, from the sidelines and in engagements, rp suffered alot because when players went through the whole I don't have a name/clone/mask whatever it was, it prevented the next phase of rp for the officers and quite frankly, was very discouraging. Me personally, I didn't care if it was removed or implemented, I wouldn't stop anyone in kavala unless I had a reason too. Now i still treat civs as if there is a tilde guidline regardless and if they spit the identity speel, then the gloves are off. Your gonna get some officers like that vs some that don't. But let's be real here, we have over 150 officers and the way you guys make it seem as if the entire apd force fails to rp. It's not fair to make that assumption, everyone knows this isn't the case which is why you are basically getting the responses that are coming. I highly suggest if you are engaging an officer and his/her actions are questionable, submit a ticket, don't post a topic like this one putting apd on blast in general like you did. Your one time bad experience with an officer dosnt prove overall that that's how all officers engage. A situation that becomes an ongoing issue that is consistent, or observed/monitored by higher ranking officials of the APD, is when they decide overall that it is a big enough issue they will address it, it has always been this way, always has been, always will be. The true experienced rebel warriors of altis don't care much about the tilde guidelines regardless if it's moved or not. They love challenge either way and now have to tactically handle APD in their own way.

Rebels have rebel outposts for their needs, this is their sanctuary, apd can only enter for raids or in pursuit of suspect, if rebels are not gang affiliate they are at risk from other rebels and apd no matter where they go. High bounty rebels enter cities to play cops and robbers, it's like a ritual, their cup and tea. Tilde guidelines were a way to make more RP out of a situation, however with that being the fact, 99% of Engagements of apprehended criminals took advantage of that fact and gave the ol' I forgot my name/wallet missing/helmet masks face/twin brother bull and it gets very tiring, very fast, it's like really? So in reality they kinda messed that one up for themselves. Everytime a change happens, or a procedure is adjusted/modify back then, it was steered in the direction for the rebels in their favor. I'm sure there will be alot of controversy in regards to how things will play out moving foward, other ways to rp around said procedures and rules etc. on the rebel side of things. The point of all this is to say that we have leaders that listen to the voices, that care to observe, that make the changes to better fit the overall population, regardless of who takes the leader seat. Olympus is ever changing in that aspect and will continue to do so. You can't make everyone happy, and there will always be disagreements regardless of how change affects everyone, it's inevitable.

If Olympus is your life, don't show it by posting your rage video on how you got banned for the community to see, you doing this, shows that you're passively trying to give admins a bad name and that they don't know what they are doing, you gain nothing doing this but a lot of facepalms. You and a whole lot of others, when mad, post personal things about yourselves when discipline has been sent down to you to gain some sort of community protest in your favor because that's all a banned player can do in order to get back at admins when you don't agree with the results. I hope this is a lesson for those reading and to you as well, it only makes you look bad and denied any parole from being banned, submit a ticket.
