"Private" as in data pulled from the server that's provided in civ council meetings to non-staff. General civs, cops, etc, have absolutely no use for whats actually posted during these meetings.

@ knifemaster just wondering, are federal events not taught in FTO trainings anymore? and do you guys even strategize? for ex everyone slam here or go there, it seems every fed you have like 4-5 people that go together and everyone else just mindlessly goes somewhere on their own.
