No, not without proper RP. VIgi's are not APD keep in mind. If it's RP'd then as normal they are fine to do things like this as long as they stay within the normal rules. Keep in mind though, vigi's are still required to follow the laws or they can be given a ticket.

Yes from an APD standpoint, the 3 warning rule will still be in effect. Once more in-depth rules are setup they will be posted but in general it will still be required for APD to give 3 warnings or something along them lines.

The first thing would need to be the budget. From that point everything else could be decided. Def hard to give options if ya don't know how much you can spend as there are so many different hardware parts out there.

The day / night cycles will be added back once we know what is wrong. It was not intended to remove them. As for the dynamic weather, that is something we are still looking into as well. Many have stated the rain and Fog was a huge pita so we have to fine tune that so it's there but not as severe.

Ok, this has been discussed and both sides have spoken. The rule has been implemented and the current gang(s) know to change there names. Whether everyone agrees or not the rule was put in place as it was an issue. If other gangs are found to be using names not allowed they will also be asked to change there name.

1. We are aware of this. It is due to our anti-cheat system. It should not actually do this but something may have got mixed up in the update. I'll be sure to pass it on to Poseidon so he can check into it a bit more. 2.APD members do it just like any other person. You go to a service station and drive the car in and the option should appear for the upgrades. Not all the options are available for APD tho such as chrom. 3. If a player is interfering with you while trying to process someone, warn them. If they do not step back they can be restraind and even given a ticket. If they continue to do it they can even be sent to jail. The HQ is done in the same manner. If you have warned them and they continue to disregard the APD orders they can be given the appropriate ticket. If the ticket doesn't work they can be sent to jail. The general rule is, if someone has done something more then 3 times in a short period of time they can be sent directly to jail.

Try playing in "Fullscreen Windowed mode" This allows it to still play fullscreen but allows OBS to work due to the windowed mode. Xsplit and OBS are both good in there own ways. Each has features that make it good. OBS though is free and does offer alot of goodies to it.

The only reason he should have shot you in this situation is is you were evading, as in you were trying to drive off after being told to stop. If you were stopped but not exiting the vehicle then he should have shot out the tires and pulled you from the vehicle. If you were in fact moving and he stated to stop then he is allowed to down you since you are considered evading. Ejecting from a moving vehicle is a 50/50 thing, sometimes ya get lucky other times you don't. Personally I have never heard one of my admins tell someone to just eject out so it most likely was not an admin stating this. If you did not understand the charges then he should have explained again what they were for. If he explained the charges and you didn't agree then you have to request a higher rank and he is required to contact one to try and come handle the situation. If you don't request and he has explained all the charges then he is to issue the ticket. You may then after-hand try and speak with em about what it is you didn't agree with. Hopefully this clears it up for you. If you choose not to record this is something that falls on you. We tell players to record because if a player breaks rules, get out of line, ect then they can be dealt with. We, the admins, can't do anything if we have nothing to back it up. While you say this should be a community there will always be players who don't follow the rules. In situations were they don't follow the rules we need the proof to deal with them. This is not a whitelisted server and as such anyone can join. APD are put through an interview and training but there is alot to learn and at times they may go overboard at times if they are not clear on something.

Servers are up and running now.

We use dedicated servers so no host updates needed. The issue is our DB admin was up late last night into the morning working on code for the next update so did not get to sleep til late this morning. After he went to bed Arma did there update. Once he gets up then he will go in and update the servers. Once it is done we will be sure to let everyone know.

If your ever going to kill someone outside of terror then it needs to be RP'd with each person you plan to kill. It can be done but it can be a real pita keeping track of everything. In a situation like this it is probably best to just call terror or you could end up getting accused of RDM if the player shot does not know whats going on.

Admins won't give permission for APD to go inside. The only permission admins will give is to raid a home if no Sergeant is online. APD are allowed to enter one time if they were in pursuit of a player outside of the zone. If APD drive up to the area and they had no previous engagement with you then they should not be going inside the zone unless they go by the rules posted. Now I didn't see what happen but if it happen as you say then someone broke some rules. If you have video proof of it then I'd suggest submitting a ticket so them APD members can be dealt with if it happen as you say it did.
