They do.

Louder vehicles came in a Bohemia update, not sure if there is anything Olympus could even do about it.

Honestly, just put your earplugs in all the way in Kavala, take them out when you need to hear. If you can't hear anything with earplugs in, might be time to turn your volume down a bit.

Pushing the carrier is pretty difficult since the only way to get on it is from an aerial vehicle, and there isn't a lot of cover. I don't really see how it would work.

I use OBS to stream to an unlisted youtube stream using the H.264 encoder from my GPU (both Nvidia and AMD have one).  I used to have it setup as a replay buffer so that I could just save the last x minutes.
