u can upgrade for free from 7 or 8. 

get more than 1 tb storage its cheap as fuck anyways

Well here's a little back story last year I made the dumb decision to sell my computer for a Xbox one and cash so I got tired of that shit sold my Xbox and started building a pc this month so I have no windows yet and that's what's holding up my build

I would get a WAY better cpu cooler than that, if you're gonna have a i7-6700K, I would definitely get something better than a Hyperr 212. Especially if you're planning on overclocking it at all, that wouldn't be the best for your cpu seeing that I've seen CPU's fry cause of shit like this.
