What is the difference between full and basic coverage?

Just curious on the difference between full coverage and basic coverage?

Full coverage keeps the upgrades, basic just keeps the vehicle itself.

And is it only good for one smash then you have to re buy coverage again correct?

After your vehicle gets destroyed you do have to buy insurance again if that was your question.

And just to clarify,

if your vehicle is stolen and chopped at the chop shop, it will count as the vehicle being destroyed and will require insurance to replace.
