ok today i was walking around and some one said hands up and take me to ur atm or die and then i said no and he shot me  can people really force you to withdraw from the atm or is that just a cheap excuse to kill some one ? should it be a New rule?

You are not forced to withdraw money from your bank account but, if they ask you to drop your gear then you have to drop whatever they ask for if you have it.

I was under the impression that that was only the case when they unrestrain you for that very purpose, not if you're not restrained to begin with. Am I wrong?

I mean, if he just asked you to go to the ATM then you should probably comply otherwise he is allowed to kill you. But he cannot kill you if he then asks you to take money out of your bank as that is not a demand we allow anyone to do. @willi
