Any way I can place a support ticket about the support team? I placed a claim and I believe their ruling is wrong? Dont mean to be salty but im salt xD

I would help, but I don't quite understand exactly what you're trying say here... Feel free to come into TS and I can talk to you about this support team member and their knowledge on the rules is wrong, and try to work something out.
