Connecting Failed

Im getting this error message when I try and connect to the server, anyone know why this is or how to fix it? I already submitted a support ticket but just wanted to see if anyone had heard of this.

Do u launch without mods?

If not launch arma with no mods

it happened to me on server 2

i fixed it by reinstalling arma
