Warpoint CTRG Vest vs Rebel CTRG Vest?

Is there any difference? Other WP CSATs have scripted armor so i wasnt sure if the CTRG in WP store does as well. If not, why the hell does it cost 4 WP when the clothes are only 3 WP (esp when the vest is worth only 35K)

Support team doesn't mean I have access to the sourcecode, really only a dev or someone who has asked a dev would know. (unless someone has tested)
