they are both kinda of the same car chassis/engine wise.

370z is the 2 seater , looks better / will be more fun out the box / fanboys.

g37 coupe is a 2+2 meaning it has a back seat.(not to be confused with the sedan)  cheaper insurance / comfort / low key.
