If it is a cop po7, no matter what tier you are it will taze. If it is a vigilante PO7, it will lethal unless you are a vigilante

i tested one of my cop po7 after the update came out and it lethaled...maybe they fixed it...

You might have to try and buy some 4fives from po's (not from the officer but stolen from po's)
