I combat logged one time on people who were repeatedly robbing me an my friends and even if I was combat logging for the reason to stay alive I had around $20,000 worth of shit and no bounty the never asked for comp and never said anything.

They don't need to ask for comp or say anything, don't break the rules and you wont get banned. Submit a ban appeal, the forums is not the place for this. Drama posted the link above
