Illegal lottery boost

I propose illegal form of lottery ticket which you can only buy at a black market that gives you a 5% boost when purchasing lottery tickets. However you can only buy 1 illegal lottery boost(only available e in a lottery above 2 million) and appear as a inventory item so cops can catch youWhich would disappear upon end of lottery. It would cost 75k for one. Thoughts?

so on a 2 million lottery (which are few and far between) you only net 25k? plus on a 2 mil lottery there needs to be 40 tickets bought...assuming you bought 5 tickets @250K your odds of winning the lottery is only 12.5% (and goes down for every ticket over 2 mil mark) So basically with a 2 mil lottery, you have a 12.5% chance to net 25k on a 75k investment. Simple economics, and also a bad investment. Though is a good way to delete economy from olympus!
