Armed quilins prolly wont get yeeted

I was wondering but I saw it said all quillans and all prowlers will be taken from the garages and comped.

They cause to many frames issues for the server. Apex vech in general.

I cant find were it said that now.  But it would be asinine to remove the civ quilans but leave the armed ones.
