Rafa 2823 Posted March 4, 2021 Report Share Posted March 4, 2021 You can only receive these vehicles from the Blackwater Reserve which can be robbed if there are 7 or more APD online and requires a blasting charge and a decent group of rebels and a good plan to pull it off. After you obtain the spawned vehicle and weapons you can take them to a chop shop to claim vehicles or store the weapons/physical items in a house or gang shed. Other players are always staging robberies and selling their items and vehicles on the forums or in-game so you can ask around or peruse the forum section for more info on this. If you ever need a reliable mediator for a transaction you can always check if a support team member would be willing to act as a middleman as well. good luck! 3 Quote Link to comment
