Lol. Story time. My brother joined the APD (he was 13 LOL) and used a VOICE CHANGER, not even a good one, a shitty ass terrible one. Anyway, he made it through the test, into training, and was a cop for abuot three whole hours before being caught by Pinkstreak, lololol. I was at Basketball practice at the time but i got back and Ryan Sanders told me about it lol.

They should take a pic of there permit or license black out all the other info besides age lol have like a piece of paper with there name next to it 

Some people don't have a license when they're 16, my cousin is 20 something and lives in a city so just buses everywhere, never even tried to get a learners permit...
