Connection Issues

Is anyone else having problems connecting to the server? Every time I join, I get the message that says "connecting failed." I am able to join other servers, just not olympus.

Yes, I have also tried flushing dns, running arma as administrator, restarting my internet, and just about everything you can think of.

Hmm, maybe try reinstalling arma if it is the last resort? I know it seems a bit time consuming but arma is such a weird game that it may be the only way. Let me know if you figure it out.

Restarts your steam or verify game files I usually do both of thoses when that happens to me

Tried doing both, and even trying to join olympus with another steam account. Didn't work.

Update: I tried joining with my VPN enabled and it seems to allow me to join, but it then doesn't let me join because olympus bans my VPN.

It might help to check that your router is UPnP enabled and/or that you are port forwarded for Arma

I have already tried that.

You could try direct connecting with the IP
 

Server 1: os1.olympus-entertainment.com OR 54.39.131.131

Server 2: os2.olympus-entertainment.com OR 142.22.142.146

Pretty sure these are right

turn off internet on ur computer and reconnect. verify integrity of game. restart router try direct connecting like mason said that’s about all you can do
