1.  You can't sell gang sheds to people, only to banks.

2.  When you sell it to the bank it loses all its upgrades.

technically yes and no, obviously you cant sell the shed to the person directly, however the buying party pays the selling party money to sell the shed, usually at an arranged time. therefore allowing the buying party to then purchase the shed.

atleast thats how it used to work when buying sheds that were in high demand
