TeamSpeak security level error iPhone app.

Hey guys. I recently downloaded teamspeak for my iPhone. I can’t connect to Olympus servers as it says I need security level 15. It shows that I currently have it at 11 but can’t change it. Anyone know what this may be about?

go to settings and increase your secruity

Thanks guys. @ DeadPool yeah it won’t let me increase it. Seems to be a shitty app.

Step 1. Go to “Tools” and then “identities” while on your PC. 
step 2. Click on your primary identity and you will see security level listed below your TS3 Unique ID and a button that says “Improve” 

step 3. In the improve menu make sure your security level is greater than or equal to 15 and it will improve the identity security level

step 4. Log into your TS3 account and synchronize the identities so that you can access it when you log into your TS3 app

This is mostly from memory so lmk if you have any issues
