back when i was in the apd a few yrs ago it was very common practice to only code 3 once near the situation. And it being a red zone id only code 3 right as i enter.

Cops have to respond to the active area / situation with code 3 but are not required to use Code 3 on their entire drive over there making what is done here perfectly fine.

 

If you still feel something was done wrongly feel free to submit a APD IA on the officers involved through the support tab!

Cops don't code three until they're close to situation because sirens are initiation. Which would make us killable by everyone.
