I think its a great idea.  Too many bounty hoarders.  My only issue is the 50k payoffs are way too low.

I mean what are the rules behind this? Are we going to get in trouble for just shooting any corp+ we see if we are notified that we have a warrant? There was no rulebook update from what I am being told. How do you release an update like this and not update the rulebooks at the same time.
