Couldn't hit the goal for a full sovtage before, and instead only got Sovtage Legends 2.  

I think I might have set the bar too high.  So we'll do something different this week.

The newest Sovtage is almost done, and if @ US DIPLOMATIC SECURITY  can get down to -20 reputation, I will drop it Saturday night.
