I'm running out of enemies to titan, and a good chunk of the gangs that keep saying they want to be friendly, and then not even having the leadership skills to stop their people from fucking that up.  

After this weekend I'm considering everyone a hostile regardless and everyone is a valid titan/bomb target.  You want to be chill, put it in your discord and MAKE SURE ALL YOUR MEMBERS KNOW, and fill out the following below.   Everyone wants to be friendly when they're afraid of getting blown up, but very few of these gangs actually have the leadership skills to enforce it properly and I'm over getting robbed by people who beg to be chill with me when they don't wanna get blown up.

This is a 3 day notice.  That's plenty of time to figure out where you stand.
