Scoped/Hipfire Sensitivity

Real shit. I have configured my sensitivity to my liking in my arma 3 profile and my hip fire sensitivity is perfect. Why is my "scoped" sensitivity different than my hip fire sensitivity? It's slower and not as smooth. Anyone got any ideas or fixes. Thanks.

Arma does have mouth smoothing on by default in game sensitivity settings probably not it but maybe lol.
