The admins never show bias towards NEMESIS players

When we say that there are gangs supported by admins in the game, it causes pessimism, confusion, and hatred towards playing on this server, leading to not spending any money because it will be wasted when you face one of these gang members who works in the admin team or has friends in the admin team. As soon as this happens, the admins and their friends immediately jump in to criticize and lie about me.

Look at this video: a person like this has hundreds of hours in the game and still can’t tell the difference between the color of a police car and an ambulance, or even their light patterns or sounds. And the worst part is that he denied one of the opposing players treatment and won the battle against him by breaking the server rules: "Forms of acceptable engagement within illegal areas EMS text Direct chat Warning shots (Aerial Vehicle's Only) Medics who choose to willingly enter an illegal area to answer a call cannot be killed unless they are properly engaged."

What’s even worse is that when I reported him, do you know what the admin’s response was? He said there was no rule broken in this case, and secondly, he added a red note saying that this person made a mistake and corrected it, claiming he wanted to pay to resolve the dispute. Hahaha!!! So, are there any rules being broken or not, admin? You’ve confused us!!

It happens to all of us and yes, it is frustrating. However, in this situation I would follow up with a message to talk it out rather than going straight for the report. Additionally, I don't think staff should ban for one-off situations like this.

It is easier if you take things in-stride and allow people the benefit of the doubt. From personal experience life goes much smoother with that approach.

If someone is genuinely being bias and protecting anyone without any logic then report it in a staff IA. I believe this situation wasn’t that case BUT if it’s something you truly believe, report the admin(s) so senior admins can look into it.

to be fair, this 'but' was moreso meaning despite my opinion, I would rather you still report things you feel are unbecoming of an admin. I have faith in the people I work next to daily. I also just as much want everyone held accountable

When playing medic, you should evaluate situations from different perspectives and not take them personally because medics are neutural. No one wants to harm them I guess. If someone try to apologise or correct himself they you should let and also It doesn't mean it won't always be personal. In that case, you can apply to the necessary places. According to your video rdmer can forget when he used dispacth or ems etc. Because of that he could kill you. If you absolutely sure there was no warning before then you should specify that with proper evidence.

The video is very clear. He didn't guess me before and there was no guessing. His argument in the dispute was that he made a mistake. He thought I was a policeman. The issue is not here. The issue is that if I or you were the average person in his place and made this mistake, I would be banned now. But this person from NM, seriously, is personally supported by the administration. This is the bias that I want to show everyone. Do you understand now?

Yes I understood you very well. I can only say that medics can request comp from one time things. For repeated things or clear situations you can report. Because you lost only 20-30 secs and maybe 1-2 revive. Nothing more than that. This situation isn’t clear because I saw some apd’s cars with different skins.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not a fan of double standards. If a regular community member were to be banned do to this situation then that same action should apply to everyone. When it comes to reports rank or title should not matter and rules should be enforced regardless of position.

I think it's more about optics than anything. Had the report been accepted and the admin or whoever dealt with it gave a warning, acknowledged the report or whatever than it wouldn't look as bad as denying the report for insufficient evidence although the evidence may have been credible.

It doesn't matter what you believe; what matters is what reality around you proves. There is 100% bias, but no one from the top officials, not even you, will ever admit it, because that would undermine the credibility of this entire server.
