As the Admin who put on your ticket mentioned- we do require at least 5 minutes of evidence prior. This is just so we can verify that the player was not previously engaged. We have this standard so players do not have to worry about being banned for something they never did. If you have a clip that shows the 5 minutes leading up to it you can resubmit it for us to rereview

1. Engagement lasts for 5 minutes
2. If you get RDM’ed, you need a 5 minute clip to prove you weren’t engaged 5 minutes before the alleged rule break
