You say justice as if what happened was unfair...? Let me just throw this into ORBIT for a second... Two sAPD members of very higher ranks and much more involvement in the APD were BLACKLISTED for something similar... he kept his CPL and has had every chance to work his way back up. Justice.. thats not the word I'd use here.
