Helps you peek but you need to learn to aim a certain amount above the person at different CQC distances when in third person if you want a head shot.

Always leave it on, I don't see the peak advantage being substantial enough to outweigh having to aim above a desired hit location CQB

it lets you change for adaptive on and off faster. adaptive off is great for peeking in deerstands. while its not so great for cqc. this allows you to change it within a second.
