Raptr Error 22

So im getting this Raptr error when i try to start arma. Its error 22 and it wont let me capture footage. Anyone know the issue and how to fix it?

If you use Windows 7 in the bottom right corner on your desktop Exit out of it on your system tray than try   Hope this helps!

So you can start & play ArmA 3 fine, but raptr doesn't record?

i've heard of people having a lot of trouble using raptr, try using OBS or something else?
