Lucki 950
Anyone know if I'm safe to delete these or at least some of these? I feel like I have in the past and Arma just redownloaded what it needed, with much smaller files. This shit is all taking up around 7GB of precious SSD space, and I'm trying to make some room. gusshead 0
You need those or else ARMA won't run/ your textures will be fucked if it does Quote Link to comment https://olympus-entertainment.com/topic/8643-pbo-files-taking-up-hella-space/#findComment-92721
Bow 787
You probably won't be able to join any servers if you remove those files. That is, the ones in the ArmA 3 common folder. The ArmA 3 downloading folder ones can be deleted. They're just duplicates from when you downloaded the game. BENJI 1021
@Lucki I wouldn't recommend deleting those files. Without them your game won't run. To make space, just delete programs you don't need, use CCleaner. But what I would do is check if you have a backup file of some sort. Typically from an antivirus. Plus this is also really helpfull: http://windirstat.en.softonic.com/. What it does is show you what in you hard drive is taking up the most space. For example: https://i.gyazo.com/353c046f7b665b1576ea0f42b4d59a71.gif Quote Link to comment https://olympus-entertainment.com/topic/8643-pbo-files-taking-up-hella-space/#findComment-92728

And my screenshot up top is from CCleaner. Quote Link to comment https://olympus-entertainment.com/topic/8643-pbo-files-taking-up-hella-space/#findComment-92730
