has anyone found a fix to the scroll wheel bug on npcs if so please let me know i cant even play civ cop or medic from it so playing olympus is kind of useless right now

Don't use the profiling build, it's broken

Apparently the issue is in the profiling build somewhere.  Opting out fixes it.  So you have a choice of occasional no scroll wheel or occasional no textures.

@Grandma Gary any idea on how to get out of apex because I load up my normal Arma and I can't get into Altis

You need to use a special code to access a legacy build if you want out of Apex.  There will be almost no servers running it though.
