If I got demoted for inactivity can i be reinstated under this program? I been waiting in ts like 3 hours a night there's never anyone on lol

No. If you get removed for inactivity, you can't be reinstated to the Reserves. You'll have to start over and join the Reserves upon promotion to PO.
