At approximately 0020 the Mobile Support Detachment responded to a call about a vehicle robbery. MSD officers performed a "hard stop" and apprehended the stolen vehicle on-route to a chop shop.
The driver of the stolen vehicle was unarmed and unaware of the infraction and was therefore released without charges.
