What's the point in the attachment feature in support tickets if we can't attach videos? :C

Yis but wouldn't it be a lot more convenient to just upload straight to the ticket?

Its a problem with the limited data storage on the website. Yea the feature is there, but you're better off uploading the vid somewhere and embedding the link

besides that, plenty of people would just upload all sorts of virus ridden crap if they uploaded a file someone had to download to view.
