I know that this is an light rp server but i just want a discussion on this. Im thinking mostly about the prosesing stage and '' first contact with someone ''. For example ''we saw a wanted poster on a can of beans''. Again i know that its a light RP but i just wana start a discussion.

my school has blocked a shit ton of websites and sevices on thier internet but its a ez fix with a vpn but the 2 that i have are really inconsistant. I have Touch VPN and Hotspot shield free VPN. if any one knows any good ones it would really help
