the APD have really stepped it up with the bullshit. guess no more diamond runs or w/ein blackfishs bc they cant deal with it at feds

It’s not meant to make a huge change. It’s more of just an extra concern for those who buy the blackfish. Most people will never see one get seized. It’s being treated as a major change but it’s ridiculously minor in how often it’ll actual be noticed.
