I just recommend getting an oil house if you're going to do oil, and would like to use a tempest device. I mean its pretty clear in my opinion that there are fuel vehicles, both air and ground. If you can put 2 and 2 together you can figure out they can only be used for one mine-able material. Plus if you are not willing to take the step towards buying a house for whichever specific run you're doing, it is not worth it, unless you are just starting out. Just my opinion though.

The one time i played on Malden, we finished a run and had just loaded up with rebel gear. We thought fighting the police would be fun, then the chief of police and a bunch of cops showed up. We eventually lost. However the roleplay from the police force was awesome and we all really enjoyed the experience. We never went back on afterwards due to like up to 10 players usually on, so back to Altis it was. Did really enjoy Malden for a short time though.

No you dont, Vigi works on a tier system based on the amount of arrests you have gotten since purchasing the license. its honestly not worth it, takes time. just get cop.
