Apologies this took so long, had to do some shit first. Honestly, I'm not upset that he got staff & chief I just think it was a dumb decision. It is whatever tho it is in the past, its just stupid how he tries to use those ranks to put other people down. What really irritates me is people trying to use their rank to look down on people. It applies to all ranks, Corporals, Sgt, Mod, etc. It annoys me when I see people use higher tags just to put someone else down. As shown above Goat told Blueangelman (who I'm sure Goat knows nothing about besides he is in Noble) that he has 0 credibility on the server because of him having no rank or not being known. That is what agitates me when people look down on others because of their ranks. I don't care that he got mod. It is whatever as I stated many times before I thought Ryan was a shit owner towards the beginning of the tenure. The first thing I was worried about when Ryan got Owner was biasedness and I feel comfortable to say I was correct in saying that. He was biased and +1'd Goat and soooo many people are yes mans on this server. Now I could say the same with you (not trying to be a dick) but you got removed from mod and got it a second time quite quickly which I think a lot of people disagreed with and based it off you being in Ryan's friend group. Which when you got admin have seemed to prove me wrong, but towards the beginning it was a bit bumpy. I didn't say he wasn't welcome. I stated that he was put in that place by Ryan for chief, the SAPD was in shambles and it made sense to put him there, but should not try and look down on someone because he was put in that position. Just because you obtain a position doesn't mean you know everything going on in the server. Majority of people think that GOAT was a shit chief (2nd time around), but according to SAPD he was the best out of the last chiefs before him. External he was bad, internal he was good. @Mr GOAT you killed the rent free meme. you use it too much. Now I am just waiting for the comment "you are mad because he got mod over me" or some shit: In reality, there is no shot at me getting moderator. There are plenty of staff that dislike me and it is whatever. I got a mod app in and honestly just waiting for it to get denied because majority of y'all dislike me. Getting mod is a popularity vote and anyone that you guys don't like will most likely not get it. Which is unfortunate because those ppl could possibly bring potential to staff, but it is whatever. I joined the TS saw they were there and joined their channel. It is called socializing and expanding outside of your friend zone. Cool. 1 person that flies around in jets all the time. Not just to check redzones but mainly for fun.

Please just shut up dude. You make me cringe every time you post. You act like you know the best thing for the server when in reality you dont. We disagree on something that is a small change which in reality costs millions of dollars if done, so no its really isn't that small. You are someone that got mad at a decision and rage quit from Admin and Chief, that is just sad. You got mod b/c Mcdili decided to spend 10+ minutes before they talked about ur mod app talking about how ur a good guy, he shouldn't have removed you, etc. You got given both positions, not necessarily earned them. Don't say people have 0 credibilty just because you don't know who they are, they probably play the server more than you did whilst you were chief. You and the Sr. APD (and apparently staff too) think that civilians fly around in jets everyday checking redzones really quickly. That doesn't happen no one uses jets to check redzones really, most of the time they are roleplay flying in formations and shit. yes it has a good camera (not as good as the hellcat) and yes it goes fast, but still if even used to scout redzones can call out someone is doing a run and that is it, they can't maintain altitude whilst circling the zone (not to mention how loud it is) like planes can. You start to drop if you go that slow. You can read the rest of my points in the post if you'd like. ^_^ also guess what...... IM NOT IN NOBLE ^_^ If people aren't allowed to have their opinion on things than the server will die. Now I'm just gonna wait here for you to comment calling me squidward or putting a picture, like I would care lol

you are probably right. very few will be seized. but that is quite a lot of money going bye bye in which people spent most likely to just have fun flying around in them. I've seen u flying around in Admin spawned ones just having fun, its the same thing for them. In reality yes, it can be used to scout the map really quickly, but no one actually does it. Hardly anyone genuinely does it anymore, it costs way too much for busting 1 person doing a box truck run which doesn't even profit you. Most people fly jets around to have fun. If you really think about it, APD patrolling around in Ghosthawks is worse for the server. Sr's pull them whenever they want there are no restrictions on when to pull it besides "high gang activity" which they deem themselves. Just like the APD armed planes, they can pull it and patrol the map all they would like so long as there is someone on the server that is wanted for 350k. That isn't right, some Sr. APD abuse the feature of HVT. Now back to Ghawks, they pull up on ppl doing runs who aren't even allowed to shoot at their helicopter without the ghosthawk going guns hot. So they have the advantage right off the bat, they can lower to the ground safely preparing to hot drop a bunch of ppl. There have been plenty of times newer ppl didn't know that rule and got piped up for it. Now don't get me wrong I am not saying to remove Ghosthawks but limiting them more would probably help, as in responding to high gang activity not seeing 5+ Noble kids on and pulling the hawk but actually witnessing it. I could comfortably say the Ghosthawk is the most OP thing on this server and it is used so loosely for patrolling rather than using it for what it is meant for. High rebel activity, armored vehicles, aerial vehicles, etc. It is the same with the armed plane for the APD as well, there are intended restrictions that are flawed in the system which allows them to "abuse" them. I stand corrected. You can drive it on the ground thru Kavala, but you cannot land it there. You would have to taxi it in as he said.

yes you can slow down, but cannot maintain that speed that a plane can without any issues. If you slow down too much you start to drop. The camera is useless if u can't slow down and stay in the general vicinity for giving callouts

Correct, you are playing as an APD officer, you have to follow the APD handbook. Civilians do not. They have to follow the Server rules and that is it. The speed gap: A jet can not slow down so much doing circles around the redzone scouting, giving exact callouts, etc. So yes you are slower but more impactful with planes for giving out callouts

there is quite a large price gap between the two. A jet costs millions of dollars, then if you catch a run you either have to land that jet or call for ppl in your group/gang to get over there and fight the run whether it is a big or small run. Now you won't profit from catching 1 box truck doing a run. If you do a tempest run you will get around 1 million, that's not even enough to buy a jet. So you still haven't even made your money back yet and not to mention you will split the money you make with the people that robbed them. Not to mention the fact that if the civs lose the fight( the attacking ppl) then they have NLR and cannot return there for 15 minutes. A corp plane costs nothing. 300k first purchase, 180k for t4 + basic insurance.

Really? when was the last time you saw a Blackfish vehicle variant flying around recently? Because I haven't seen a single one. The only blackfish I have seen since then is the Blackfish infantry which Mako pulled

Also if its about the camera that it has, do we need to bring up the camera on the hellcats that you guys have? I previously sat in a hellcat w/ Crenshaw 1.8km up from meth pro watching a Tempest processing and caught him when he left.

it is fair. it costs millions of dollars. Its utilitiy is scarce so it is pretty balanced seeing how expensive it is as well there is a reason why it costs so much.

from my 3,000 hours on the server. from being in 6+ different gangs over the year including the big gangs which have money like Tree when it was thriving.

Because hardly anyone ever actually uses Jets to fly around checking redzones. Yes you can do it, does anyone really do it? no. Just because they have visible guns on a "Military tactical shooter video game" doesn't mean they should be considered an armed vehicle. The game itself doesn't have jets that don't have planes, so why are you punishing people for wanting to fly a jet which has the ability to shoot disabled.
