So when you talked about "forced payouts" my logic is this (because I agree with the rest of this that just remove it if it isnt tradable) but if you make it so players can buy/sell to an NPC or something, then honestly why have the currency? If there is nothing special about it and no way to obtain it without going to buy or worry about supply/demand then its just like normal money at that point? So I think either they keep it how it is or just remove it because any other option would result in a shitstorm.

What is the argument for removing them? Why keep them? What is both sides… Because personally i’ve heard nonstop “they never shoulda been transferable in the first place” but what is the downside? all it does is keep the economy moving yano? It doesn’t seem like there should be a currency system in the server you can’t trade because everything else can be? I think that its fucking stupid how nerfed APD is becoming. The new guidelines for APD released basically talking about engagement etc are stupid. Literally the department has turned into something that all the staff and exec staff have RUINED and now it gets taken out on their warriors. APD is a prime example of "too many chieftains, not enough warriors" People making decisions who dont even play. Its fucking stupid. Like, as APD we are told we have to "play nice" when we do stuff? We cant lethal in events, we cant all go to events, etc. We are told we cant do our jobs to make the civ/cop ratio even. Like who the FUCK CARES. If you want it to be even then maybe the CIVS should plan to bring more people? It isnt our problem they brought 5 people to a fed and now we have to only allow about 5-6 because of that. Maybe this is why SWAT and all the other aspects of APD are failing, because SAPD is focused on ALL the wrong shit. Get this department together.
