You're right.. i had a horrible experience and that's probably exactly how OP feels that he was robbed of his experience and instead of justice he got a slap in the face just like i did.

Who wouldn't be upset about getting a "bad ban".... imagine having the most fun you've had on the server just absolutely killing it and having tons of fun then randomly you get a live ban when you're running down a hemmit box full on diamonds and you lose it because you got false ban and you're stuck sitting in teamspeak for an hour praying someone will check the appeal even knowing there is 11 appeals queued up. I was only comp'd 500k for the hour i lost and the enjoyment that was killed and rob i missed because of it. Who wouldn't be pissed, also a comp request aint going to do dick when i don't have a video since i wasnt expecting to get a live ban when i didn't do anything wrong in the first place.

Sometimes it's not about the money, sometimes its about the RP and the enjoyment people get out of it. This dude may never have the chance to have that interaction again. This is the thing most of the player base has forgotten... the RP. While it's not my report or my gang or my situation i would LOVE to see the POV from the dude who "made a mistake". I would be willing to bet money all you'll hear in the audio is "shoot me, shoot me" Anyone facing a ban, especially a perm would try their absolute hardest to fix a situation that they shouldn't of created in the first place.

Lol.. doesn't shock me. The admins on this server are not on the same page when it comes to punishing players and it really shows. Like for example for me, yesterday i was banned for VDM as a first time offender in my 2 years on this server... no warning no nothing. ( even knowing the guys proof didn't show a VDM and my ban was lifted) Meanwhile a buddy of mine can accidently cross fire a medic, comp him the 600k he asked for and HE STILL CATCHES A BAN. Then a player who constantly RDMs sends comp after they were told no comp and the admins give him a warning lol. The logic of the staff on this server is hilarious at best, they let the repeat offenders off and smack the ban hammer on the people who actually made a innocent mistake. What's this dispute ID? So next time i get disputed for something i'll just send a bunch of unsolicited comp and when i get banned i can cite dantes logic and get off easy Lets see type03's pov with audio to see if it was actually an innocent mistake.

Reported one of the nemisis dudes for clearly having esp and was told my video wasn't good enough even knowing i was glitched in a container like 4min before anyone showed up and he knew exactly where i was and exploited to kill me. Tbh think some of the admins dont know what theyre doing when it comes to scripting bans, i think they just spin a wheel. Tbh i see ghost get waxed constantly, not really the level of game play you see from a cheater.
