    It happens to all of us and yes, it is frustrating. However, in this situation I would follow up with a message to talk it out rather than going straight for the report. Additionally, I don't think staff should ban for one-off situations like this. It is easier if you take things in-stride and allow people the benefit of the doubt. From personal experience life goes much smoother with that approach.
