    @ Noble biggest thing i would consider is battery life. I recently got a HP Omen second hand with a 1650 and a i7 for around $400. If your on a budget i would browse offerup & fb marketplace as they have some great deals on there. The one thing i noticed after i bought my laptop though was that battery life sucked, i looked into everything but battery life and its the one thing i regret.

    im just saying when we had a new chief every 3mo's-1yr balancing issues were fixed relatively fast & it kept the apd from being stagnant. I swear winters is just holding onto that chief position because outside of chief he does quite literally nothing from my experience. Same with SAPD to a somewhat lesser extent, we would cycle thru sapd and chiefs like clockwork. I know player counts have significantly dropped since then but theres still no logical reason that someone should hold chief for so long.
