Locked How to report a Staff member?

Where do I go to report a staff member? or better yet get someone else to look over my Support Ticket? I won't go into the detail's but this person clearly didn't read what I was reporting, and decided to not even bother with that part of the video.

To add, if this ticket was in APD Applications, or if it was moved there by staff, you should send a PM to @G.O.A.T. as the Senior APD where the ones to resolve your request.
